SBD减速机。

SBD减速机是由行星摆线减速机传动为前级减速,弧齿锥齿减速传动为后级减速的机械,广泛应用于冶金,水泥,钢铁,矿山,煤炭,化工等行业的调速秤上。

SBD减速机安装方式:

1、SBD皮带秤减速机为孔输出,安装时应保证减速机输出孔与主机轴为滑动配合,严禁敲击减速机的任何部位。

2、SBD皮带秤减速机分为法兰安装、悬挂式安装和脚板安装。

a、法兰安装时,主机的安装平面应平整并与主机轴保持垂直。

b、悬挂式安装时,扭力支撑固定良好。

c、脚板式安装时,应保证减速机的输出轴孔与主机轴保持同轴。

3、安装后减速机正式使用前必进行试运转,空在运行正常后,再逐渐加载运行。
